Your Role

As a Retail Associate, you will be an essential part of our store team, ensuring that every customer receives top-tier service and leaves with a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.
- Handeling sales transactions and maintaining store presentation.
- Assisting with stock management and inventory replenishment.
- Supporting in-store events and brand activations.
- Being a brand ambassador, sharing the Flattered story with customers.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Has a strong interest in fashion, design, and premium retail.
- Is a natural communicator with a friendly and professional approach.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Speaks fluent Swedish and English.
